KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain Mohito’s brand image in line with the brand’s concept;
• Develop training modules focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, negotiation skills and communication;
• Ensure that the sales teams are well-versed in the features, benefits, and competitive positioning of products;
• Stay informed on industry trends: Regularly research and track changes in the industry, new sales methodologies, and competitors' strategies;
• Analyze sales results in specified stores;
• Provide on-site support as needed to ensure the sales team is prepared to engage with customers effectively;
• Work closely with regional sales managers to understand performance gaps, training needs, and strategic priorities;
• Support the opening of new Mohito stores in terms of Visual Merchandising;
• Participate in the creation of videos for stores;
• Close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers.
