A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role you will be a subject matter expert in performing optimizations & maintenance strategy improvements using Omnivise Asset Management (OAM), the Asset Management solution of Siemens Energy. You will take over a crucial role in the global roll out of OAM for the Long-Term Programs (LTP) of Grid Technologies within Siemens Energy. You will be responsible for supporting the regional LTP teams in their successful transition from legacy Asset Management and CMMS solutions to OAM and the utilization of Reliability Centered Maintenance. This role will involve providing guidance to the regional LTP teams in improving equipment reliability at optimal costs, maximizing overall Asset Management by utilizing all OAM modules to determine the appropriate level of predictive and preventive maintenance, as well as condition-based maintenance.

You will drive the global rollout of OAM by supporting the local LTP teams worldwide in their migration to OAM, and in setting up and configuring the OAM modules Maintenance & Operations. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach by introducing the Reliability & Diagnostics modules of OAM and guiding the regional LTP teams in implementing them in their LTP contracts to improve overall reliability at optimal costs. To achieve that you will support in the delivery of RCM workshops and be responsible for the facilitation and documentation. You will support a variety of different RCM workshops including large groups of operations and maintenance experts and 1-on-1 support for individual contributors. Furthermore, you will engage frequently with individuals, senior experts, and managers within the global Asset Management Excellence Community to share best practices, establish good data quality, and create a competitive advantage together.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Plan and undertake RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) analyses using documented process to agreed scope, quality and timescale.
• Support regional team to develop maintenance strategies based on RCM analysis and implementation in OAM.
• Support the teams to guarantee the success of the LTP contract and meeting Reliability KPIs.
• Support regional teams to migrate from legacy CMMS systems (e.g. iMaint, WebBFS??�) to OAM.
• Support regional teams and customers to set up OAM for new LTP / O&M contracts.
• Implementation of basic condition monitoring methods.
• Develop designated procedures and KPIs.
• Track improvement process and monitor ongoing data quality.
• Share best practices within the Asset Management Excellence Community.

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of electrical engineering and maintenance procedures.
• University degrees in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, IT or a similar technical field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the relevant fields (Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, Asset Management, RCM - Reliability Centered Maintenance).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to generate insights, and define solutions to optimize maintenance strategies.
• Experience working in agile projects while interfacing with a global and diverse stakeholder group including managers and individual contributors.
• Great team player, also ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization while ensuring good stakeholder management.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis in the area of Electrical Engineering and High Voltage equipment.
• Experience with condition monitoring methods in High Voltage equipment beneficial.
• Data Analytics Experience with Python is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
