Job Description Who we are We are looking for a Reporting Specialist, responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations that depict the progress and results of the transformation for Audi. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify and define the requirements and specifications for reporting. What you'll be doing Analyzing data sources from various customer systems (e.g., HP ServiceCenter, ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.). Creating reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews according to customer specifications using appropriate tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI, etc.). Maintaining and adjusting policies, standards, and processes, as well as developing and executing related reporting. Developing configuration proposals for the customer's data-providing systems, such as IT service management systems, monitoring, and governance systems. Supporting Continual Service Improvement (CSI) processes and initiatives. Working with BI, MS Power Platform, scripting, and AI analyses to optimize and automate reporting solutions. What you'll bring along Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, statistics, or a comparable field. Minumum 1-3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Strong knowledge in the application of various data sources, tools, ITSM, monitoring, and Business Objects. Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital technologies. Good knowledge of BI, MS Power Platform, SQL databases, scripting, and AI analyses. Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills. High customer and service orientation. Willingness to travel occasionally. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German.
