In this role you will be responsible for:

• Tour Booking: Handle bookings, rebooking, and confirmations of applications, including arranging additional services.
• Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve problem situations.
• Individual Request Handling: Calculate and manage individual requests.
• Partner Cooperation: Collaborate with partners, including agencies and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
• Agent Support: Advise agents on hotel offerings, additional services, operational rules, and assist in website navigation.
• Customer Support: Provide a support to local clients during Saturdays in shifts.

Professional experience and skills:

• Higher or professional education
• Experience in the Tourism Industry: demonstrated background in tourism-related work
• Language Proficiency: Romanian, English
• Trainability: quick and efficient in learning new skills and processes
• Stress Resilience: capacity to remain calm and effective
• Teamwork Skills: ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
