For our client, a global leader in the sportswear industry, known for its high-performance athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories, we are looking for a Retail Analyst.

As a Retail Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing product prices and stock levels across stores to achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets. You will also contribute to promotions, pricing strategies, stock management, and provide valuable support in various retail-related functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing product prices and stock levels in the stores, with the goal of achieving monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Proposing promotions – including extra discounts and/or for the last pieces/items without size ranges.
• Analyzing products whose licenses are about to expire, with proposals for price reductions and transfers between stores for these items.
• Providing product-related information for marketing campaigns in Retail (photos, prices, etc.).
• Maintaining close collaboration with the General Manager, store managers, and colleagues in the retail department.
• Providing a monthly report on discrepancies compared to the optimal stock levels in stores.
• Updating price lists in stores whenever necessary and manually processing layers in Prism.
• Handling stock management in the Retail Pro Prism program regarding removing/adding items from promotions.
• Uploading and/or adjusting of product prices in stores, in the SAP/Retail Pro (PRISM) management system – excluding those related to goods receipts or transfers.
• Centralizing the codes that exit the store promotion layers and informs Retail Allocators, to update the price master file.
• Providing support to the operations department regarding discounts applied by employees at the checkout.
• Updating the recommended retail prices (twice a year), in line with regional changes, and proposing price adjustments for outlets related to these.
• Participating in all Retail meetings with stores (online or off-site) or Retail Admin meetings, when their presence is requested.
• Responsible for generating necessary reports for their activities from Power BI & SAP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, or similar business intelligence and retail management systems (Prism is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail pricing and stock management best practices.
