We are seeking a Road Freight Operator to join our dynamic team in Pucioasa, Romania. As a Road Freight Operator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of road transport services. If you're organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a passion for logistics, we want you on board. Responsibilities Monitoring the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of cargo Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods. Serve the primary point of contact to customers. Plan, organize and control the transport activity. Taking over the tracking and execution of international transport orders, complete trucks (LTL / FTL). Ensure the flow of information to and from drivers. Price analysis and cooperation with the sales team for making offers. Ensure cost reductions / negotiating with carriers. Organize transport in the best conditions with respecting the quality, deadlines and standards required by the company. Requirements Advanced business writing and oral skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). To qualify for the role, you must have A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will consider a plus.
