We are looking for a Robotic Automation Maintenance Technician for field activity in a logistic warehouse for one of our projects in Pharma sector.

The job requires site presence for a single project/customer (stable working conditions / address / team), with a regular schedule M - F, 8 hours per day 9 - 17.30 with 30 minutes lunch break.

The successful candidate will go through an intensive induction program that will cover all the main tasks that are required to be undertaken regularly. Therefore, no previous particular experience is required, but the successful candidate does need to have the required skills and the motivation to learn and develop a career in the technical maintenance field, especially for robotic automation projects.

The main responsibilities of the candidate are:

- overseeing the proper operation of the industrial logistic robots that are used in the logistic process
- preventive and reactive maintenance for any equipment supervised
- checking the operating conditions of all equipment, including power connectivity, battery condition, Internet connection, wireless signal, etc
- connecting to equipment with the provided laptop and debug or collect error information; interrogating the devices requires some basic command of some dedicated software tools and command line programs that will be presented as part of the training
- fix any malfunction or undertake any required repairs using the instructions provided by a senior fellow or the repair manual, following the provided SLA agreed with the customer
- for any issue that cannot be solved, use the provided ticket system to escalate the matter to the international team in Germany, in order to obtain a fix and apply it in due time
- communicate with the team members to set objectives and find solutions to improve the processes
- filling activity reports
