What You’ll Do: Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels. Provide assistance with product details, orders, and technical issues. Resolve customer concerns and strive to meet satisfaction targets. Update customer accounts and work closely with team members. Who You Are: Native Romanian speaker with C1 English skills. No previous experience required, though it is beneficial. Ready to relocate to Sofia and begin work immediately . Must hold EU citizenship or a valid residence card.
