RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Romanian recruitment partner to join our team,
whose task will be to establish contacts and find employees from
Romania who are interested in working in Finland.
▪ Active search for employees
▪ Mapping the Romanian
labour market and creating
a database
▪ Recruiting suitable
candidates
▪ Supporting Romanian
workers in taking up
employment in Finland
▪ Experience in recruitment or
long-term experience in the
construction or industrial sector
is an advantage
▪ Good command of English
language

▪ Good stress tolerance,
persuasion and communication
skills
