Your responsabilities

✓Responsible for the creation of all documents required (data sheets, specifications, lists, descriptions, …)

✓Compliance with the deadlines required in the project

✓Participation in all meetings (internal / external)

✓Learning of customer standards

✓Basic knowledge of pumps (e.g. curves, operating point, efficiency)

✓Willingness to visit the customer's site during the planning and execution phase

✓Support with 3D model creation (= insertion of machine models)

✓Interface coordination with the other departments (Process, Piping, E&I, …)

✓Checking the supplier documentation (pump manufacturer, agitator manufacturer, …)

✓Procurement support (e.g. preparation of tender documents (RFI, RFO)

✓Assisting with quotations (e.g. defining scope of work, assumptions, exclusions, and estimating required man-hours)

✓Commissioning / Start-up support at the customer's premises if required

Your qualification

✓Education in mechanical engineering

✓Knowledge of the relevant national and international standards (API, EN, …)

✓Knowledge of suppliers and the market

✓Basics of explosion protection

✓Knowledge of the required softwares (S3D, ACAD, Excel, Word) or willingness to learn them

✓Proficiency English speaking is an advantage
