In this role, the RVO Support Engineer I will be responsible for Tier 1 activities related to the support of the Worldwide Centralized Engineering Infrastructure in the local Cloud Hosting center and remote support of other Cloud Hosting centers. Tier 1 is the first-line support that handles basic issues and activities such as systems deployment, resolution of support requests and assisting more senior personnel.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation, by providing Tier 1 support with assistance as required;
* Participates in the execution of low-complexity internal tasks and duties;
* Participates in the execution of low to medium-complexity fixing following documented standards;
* Participates and observes interactions and fixing with internal and external customers;
* Examples of activities:
* Deployment of systems in a virtual environment;
* Resolution of support requests in a virtual environment, including support for Emerson applications and products such as DeltaV, Syncade, Mimic and Project Data Lin;

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience level in a related field;
* 0-2 years of experience in:
+ VMware vSphere and VCenter;
+ MS Windows server OS;
* Knowledge of:
+ VMware Operations Manager;
+ Dell blade and rack systems;
+ Datacenter Operations;
+ ISO 27001 Information Security Management System;
+ Experience using MS SharePoint and MS Teams;
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Deployment of virtual machines in a large virtual environment;
* Networking (certifications desirable);
