We are rapidly growing in our global operations and are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our logistics team and supply chain department.

From the Role

In this newly created position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right goods are established on time, allowing production to continue with minimal disruption. You will ensure that we are proactive in managing upcoming orders through meticulous planning, effective allocation, and disciplined data management. The job requires persistence to ensure that both external and internal stakeholders deliver as expected.

From the Tasks

• Support our projects with inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Coordinate warehouse activities for internal and external production
• Reorganize the warehouse
• Administer product locations to/from production
• Manage packaging materials, including orders and inventory
• Plan and coordinate daily work for your colleagues
• Participate in and handle other administrative tasks within the warehouse operations office
• Apply lean principles to daily operations

From the Profile

This role requires a person who enjoys learning and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. I am looking for a systematic team player who can balance structure with some flexibility. The ideal candidate is resilient and possesses strong planning skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring that all tasks are addressed thoroughly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you need to be fluent in both English and Danish, with German language skills as a plus, since we operate in a global environment. A pragmatic and analytical mindset is beneficial for effective problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

I expect you to have experience in warehouse and logistics management, along with a strong background in planning and follow-up.

Familiarity with ERP systems, LEAN, 5S, and the Office suite will be an added advantage.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This means that candidates must have resided in NATO/EU for at least the last 7 years.
