What will you do?

✔️ Develop and manage a client portfolio, focusing on prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities;
✔️ Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen the company's market position;
✔️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored media solutions;
✔️ Negotiate and close contracts, managing the entire sales process;
✔️ Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to optimize strategies;
✔️ Coordinate with the internal team to ensure high-quality service delivery;
✔️ Participate in meetings and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility.


What are we looking for?

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development in industries such as advertising agencies, retail marketing, trade marketing, key account management;
✅ Excellent sales, planning, negotiation, and consulting skills to attract and retain clients;
✅ A proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset;
✅ Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success;
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – intermediate/advanced level;
Advanced English skills (minimum B2 level);
