Position: Administrative Assistant in Sales – Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian Speaker

Location: Remote
[ Anyone living in Romania, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, or any other country is eligible to apply ]

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 1250 - 1500 EURO

Are you a fluent speaker of English plus one of the required languages (Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian)? On top of that you are a good communicator and a well-organised detail-oriented professional?

Key Responsibilities:
Participating in operational and administrative tasks as part of our growing sales team.

  • Communicating and negotiating effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders in Russian, Belarusian, and Ukrainian.
  • Managing documentation, correspondence, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating activities with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-drive, willingness to learn, positive outlook.
