Descriere:

Identify business opportunities by assessing potential clients' needs and exploring various market channels.
Develop, maintain, and expand the company’s customer base.
Promote and sell the company’s heavy machinery, special vehicles, and waste management equipment by building relationships with prospects and recommending tailored solutions.
Regularly update and manage the CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional support, information, and guidance.
Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to understand industry demands and trends.
Monitor competitors and industry developments to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions, reviewing industry publications, and networking with key stakeholders.
Contribute to the company’s overall growth by achieving business objectives and driving results.
Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to set sales targets and optimize strategies.
Identify new opportunities for product and service development in alignment with market needs.
Actively participate in industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities both domestically and internationally.
Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and major suppliers to enhance business partnerships.
Lead, coordinate, and develop the sales team by setting clear priorities, defining objectives, and implementing personalized development plans.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and ensure alignment with business goals.
Establish and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent progress toward company objectives.
Review and approve customer orders on a weekly basis, optimizing inventory and delivery processes.
Collaborate on the development of promotional campaigns and sales strategies for new products and services.
Track daily sales performance and oversee stock management.
Identify and engage new clients, presenting customized collaboration proposals.
Supervise and guide the activities of Sales Agents, ensuring optimal organization and execution.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Collect and analyze market intelligence to prepare reports for top management.
Develop and propose cost-reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
Work closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
Identify training needs within the sales department and ensure continuous professional development.
Approve and oversee the monthly work schedules proposed by Sales Agents and submit them to senior management.
Define roles and responsibilities for team members in accordance with the company’s organizational structure and internal regulations.
Drive the sales team’s performance, ensuring continuous growth and achieving sales objectives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s commercial strategy.
Identify growth opportunities in both B2B (corporate clients) and B2C (individual customers) segments.
Manage communication with importers and participate in performance review meetings to optimize commercial processes.
Ensure adherence to performance criteria to achieve business objectives and performance-based incentives.
