Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Building and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, Encouraging customers to understand the benefits of entire product/system/service of Danfoss solution, Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and project sales process, taking ownership of the whole process. Reporting and following all customer-related activities, Preparing Projects Sales plans, performing regular status reviews, and identifying new opportunities and leads for growth, Expanding Danfoss customer portfolio and cooperating and working with our Technical and Application Support colleagues to provide best possible solutions to customers, Taking responsibility for the sales development of Danfoss Drives products portfolio in alignment with value added sales approach and overall strategy in water and wastewater vertical, Project management, quotation, negotiation and follow up, Organizing and provide technical and products presentations, seminaries on both F2F and digital platform according to the agreed plan, Supporting our marketing activities to customers according to the Danfoss values. Background & SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills. Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering is preferred, 5+ years relevant experience in B2B sales, or 5+ years professional experience in water & wastewater technology/Project management/Business, or 5+ years of professional experience of variable speed control, motor technology, Good written and oral communications skills, with the ability to deliver presentations in both small and large group environments, customer oriented mindset, Action-oriented and good team player, proactive and goal-oriented personality, Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently, Proficient in MS Office applications, Native in Romanian language and good English both in oral and written, Ability to travel and driving license. Preferred Qualifications Technical knowledge of VSD and applications, Knowledge of Municipal Water & Wastewater markets, and stakeholders, Knowledge of Consulting Engineers role & responsibility in the Bid & Spec process, Business experience in Water and Wastewater technology.
