We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kadra. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in promoting our company's products within the designated area. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, preparing offers, contracting, and ensuring the successful execution of the entire sales process. You will represent our company in customer interactions, working closely with the National Unit Manager to achieve set objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore the market to identify new projects, opportunities, and customers specific to your assigned vertical.
- Meet proposed objectives in collaboration with the National Unit Manager.
- Present and promote our products/services by creating compelling offers for potential and existing clients.
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
- Negotiate commercial agreements within established limits, considering factors such as maximum discount, delivery time, and client obligations.
- Monitor contract compliance, invoicing, and timely payment collection.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, competition analysis, market trends, and potential clients using designated tools.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments throughout the sales process.
- Initiate and oversee orders with procurement colleagues, following established procedures.
- Coordinate the handover of project details to the Project Manager.
- Generate leads for colleagues in other verticals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM or similar sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
