How You’ll Make an Impact:


Strategic Sales Growth and Industry Insight Management:

  • Drive business growth through strategic sales, lead generation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry dynamics to refine sales strategies, particularly in the markets of CEE, WE, SEA & Africa countries.


Client Acquisition and Deal Negotiation Expertise:

  • Drive client acquisition and secure deals by delivering strategic pitches, crafting personalized proposals, and leading complex negotiations. We have the expertise and capabilities to serve clients with ambitious goals and key business needs such as revenue and market share growth, geographic expansion, adopting new business models, entering new sales channels, and enhancing operational efficiency. From a technical perspective, we offer solutions like integrated B2B/B2C commerce, marketplace and OMS capabilities, headless development, API-first integrations, and microservice-based architectures, along with both custom and out-of-the-box applications.
  • Demonstrate experience in negotiating high-value deals of €50K+ monthly revenue.


Strategic Partnerships:

  • Cultivate and establish strategic alliances with key stakeholders, mainly in the Commerce sector and leading Media Groups across CEE, WE, SEA & Africa.
  • Nurture long-term relationships to drive business growth through joint initiatives and collaborative projects.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure sales strategies align with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
