The Sales Manager will spend approximately 80% of their time actively selling, focusing on attracting new clients and expanding market presence. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to managing and supporting the sales team. This dual role requires a strong background in selling services and excellent leadership skills.
Client Acquisition (80% of Time)
Actively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, with a focus on service offerings;
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients;
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to address client needs.
Team Management (20% of Time)
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (5 sales representatives) to achieve individual and collective sales targets;
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge;
Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
Salary: 12,000 - 17,000 RON net, plus performance-based bonuses;
