• Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned Area
• Lead, manage, train, mentor and develop the Sales Team in the Country (internal and external), ensuring quality consistency across the area and increasing sales and profitability in their region and know how of the Team Members
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base (Farming & Hunting)
• Investigate potential business opportunities within the assigned area in agreement with the responsible Manager
• Building strong relationships with key accounts, first and second level contact to Customers´ Management
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
• Perform high levels of response being more fast-reacting, flexible and effective, in attending customers’ demands and exceed with their expectations
• Regular visits to HQs for specific activities
• Offering and tracking – SF Implementation
• Negotiate projects/ orders
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Improve internal process, workflows and minimize time bottle necks
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Communicate results periodically and specific needs to the Area Manager
• Updating working conditions in coordination with Area Manager
• Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings with AM
• Identify and coordinate specific Customers’ needs with BUL and BDMs, in product lines (e. g. new products, accessories) with R&D and Product management (if existing) in coordination with AM
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
