Some of your responsibilities would be:
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for ERP solutions in the retail and distribution sector.
Present ERP solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating their value in optimizing retail and distribution operations.
Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams.
Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our ERP solutions as the best fit.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to tailor sales approaches effectively.
Qualifications:
With a minimum of 3 years of experience, an ideal Sales Manager specializing in ERP solutions, should possess the following skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the ERP Retail & Distribution industry.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals related to ERP solutions.
In-depth technical understanding of ERP technologies.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in ERP adoption.
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
