Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify customer needs, promote Packeta’s services, and handle special client requests.
• Uphold Packeta’s commitment to quality and excellent customer relations.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to meet both company and departmental objectives.
• Manage and maintain strong post-sales customer relationships.
• Meet budget goals for the assigned portfolio while supporting departmental objectives.
• Optimize sales strategies and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Ensure seamless adoption and utilization of new company tools and technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within a service-oriented industry, ideally with a multinational or portfolio company.
• Strong business acumen with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B services environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the local market and a good understanding of regional and local business dynamics.
• In depth knowledge of the customer/ marketplace, key dynamics, key competitors and their likely strategies
• Proficient in English with strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
• Results-driven and solution-oriented, with strategic thinking and quick adaptability to market changes.
• High ethical standards with a dynamic and energetic approach, demonstrating integrity and loyalty.
