MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the Restaumatic branch in Romania and office operations in Oradea;
• Leading a team, including sales professionals and support staff;
• Collaborating with the headquarters and other departments in Poland;
• Supporting employees in their daily tasks: planning and organizing their work, developing team’s sales skills, initiating and implenenting solutions to increase the team’s efficiency, recruiting and onboarding new employees;
• Monitoring and analyzing sales indicators to achieve the team’s sales target;
• Analyzing and identifying new trends in the Romanian food market, and adapting strategies to remain competitive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management and minimum 4 years of experience in sales;
• Native-level proficiency in Romanian and strong English fluency (our recruitment process and communications with HQ are in English);
• Leadership competencies (motivation, delegating and managing) and managerial skills (initiative, responsibility, self-reliance);
• Possibility to participate in the two-week onboarding process at our headquarters in Poland;
• Experience working with B2B customers;
• A proactive mindset with a dynamic approach to challenges, focusing on finding solutions and seizing opportunities to drive growth and team success.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience managing a call center team;
• Experience selling IT products;
• Knowledge of the HoReCa sector.
