The candidate will:

Setup & Develop CRM Solution based latest innovative concept (Software Automation, Collaboration)

Design & Implement Customer Centric solution based on 360 customer view

Understand and assess business requirements

Identify the ideal solution based on customer need

Integrate CRM Solutions with third-party applications

Include market leading security standards into IT solutions

Provide best practices standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support)

Ensuring quality rules are enforced and quality work packages are delivered

Providing hands on expert level assistance to developers on technical issues

Interface with Vendor for solution design

Provide governance assigning correct priorities to the team activities

Advise customer's executives with the best cost-effective solutions

Interact with colleagues and contribute to their professional development
Technical Skills:
He She should have:

1+ years of experience as Administrator or Developer (Salesforce, CRM, either with an implementation partner or with an end customer)

Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery of enterprise experience

Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely, to author technical documents with design and integration details

Ability to understand both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models, the importance of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Principles) and Salesforce development best practices
Soft skills:

Good relationship skills

Customer and goal-oriented

Flexibility and problem solving attitude

Team player willing to share ideas and work collaboratively

Good knowledge of English

Attitude to leadership
Preferred:


Familiarity with CRM concepts (Marketing, Sales, Service, Community, Analytics, etc.) and related platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Heroku, etc.).

Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Platform App Builder, Sales and or Service Cloud certification will be considered a plus
