Requirements

Responsibilities

This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 700 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management.

The Salesforce Developer will:

Discovery phase:

Working with contracts owners:

* To organize and formalize the planning of the deployment phases (discovery, building, testing...)
* To lead discovery meetings and gather contract owner requirements in terms of process and templates.
* Collect requirements for each Agreement in a unique user story to define the needs for both the Agreement and corresponding Template.
* To develop the process and the associated templates in collaboration with business partners

Build / Test:

* To develop the process and the associated templates in collaboration with business partners
* Identify bugs and confirm functionality for all Code & Templates
* Coordinate Local End to End testing w/ Business Track & Execute Change Requests
* Lead User Acceptance testing w/ Business in UAT
* Track & Execute Change Requests
* Conduct testing on each process / template.
* Fix all the issues to meet the business acceptance.

Maintenance and administration:

* To make sure the change requests and evolutions are implemented.
* To administrate the tool parameters, to update the evolutions.

What we're looking for:

* English advanced;
* Good team worker;
* Analytical person, structured and detail oriented;
* IS/IT engineer graduated
* CRM deployment project experience (Salesforce or other...).
* The project management with IS/IT development / deployment experience would be appreciated.
