The role of Salesforce Administrator is diverse, requiring a broad mix of technical and soft skills, to facilitate lead management for countries. The owner of this position must handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, and Salesforce configuration changes including assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:

Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products;
Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration;
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, processes, and advanced configuration;
Creating users & permission sets in different sandboxes;
Importing new records/contacts and other data using a Data loader or inspector: bulk editing/transfer/deletion of records;
Building custom reports and dashboards, as well as monitoring tasks;
Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing;
Supporting the team members during the testing and deployment phases of Salesforce functionalities;
Providing training and support;
Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables;
Working in collaboration with other teams (Technical & projects) to solve complex problems
