What is the role about?

We are looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Key User FI & CO for the Record to Report (R2R) Process stream who is experienced in controlling and accounting aspects. The SAP S/4 HANA Key User FI & CO will help with the roll out activities for the new SAP system focusing on the CO & FI modules and processes. This role is crucial to the success of our ongoing transformation, enabling the F&A organization to effectively adapt to the planned changes.

This position calls for in-depth SAP user know-how as well as extensive controlling and accounting experience within the manufacturing industry. Strong communication and expectation management skills as well as the ability for cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management are also essential. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to sharpen and expand these skills and competencies and become an expert in the SAP CO & FI modules of S/4HANA.

Key tasks and responsibilities of this new role:

• Be part of a team of key users located across the regions and language areas, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the transformation process.
• Collaborate within the R2R stream and with global key users, business process owners and application owners from other process streams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and report issues and defects.
• Operate the ticketing system.
• Assist with the preparation of training materials and supporting documents for the SAP S/4 HANA CO & FI modules
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for key users and train future users.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, post-implementation, addressing questions, resolving issues, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different regions and departments, including business leaders, process owners, and system users.
