• English C1
• German – proficient level - is a plus in selection and in compensation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Stakeholders management, experience in coordinating all involved, while delivering against deadlines and within quality.

Our Client is a fast-growing project management company with a high expertise in TelCo & TowerCo infrastructure development, with a mixed portfolio of national and international Clients. With over 20 years of experience in successfully delivering real estate / infrastructure projects in the Telecommunication industry, the company is an entrepreneurial start-up present in Romania since 2022, with premises in Bucharest and Sibiu, over twelve permanent employees and cross-country projects. For our Client, we are looking for a Site Manager to join their HQ in Bucharest and support constructions sites across Romania.
Your main areas of ownership will typically be:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Analysis activities, transforming the technical needs into business specifications.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client(s) and all stakeholders (internal, state agencies etc).
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Managing all the activities involved in the deployment starting from attending to customer meetings, movement of teams, ensuring completion of sites, intermediate and final reporting
• Ensure legal documentation is accurate and all necessary authorizations are obtained and valid.
• Coordination and supervision of workers: providing schedules, assigning, organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
• Responding to work delays and other problems and emergencies.
• Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards of managed sites.
• Keeping detailed records of construction site activities and preparing regular reports.
• Maintaining quality control checks.
• Motivating the workforce.
