Key Responsibilities:Record various entries including accruals, salaries, taxes, fixed assets (FAR), and expense advances.Review and validate all expense reports.Conduct monthly checks to ensure the accuracy of accounting records.Oversee and validate cash registers and bank statements.Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and perform monthly account inventories.Assist the Chief Accountant with monthly closings.Prepare detailed breakdowns for financial reports at the end of each month.Submit monthly declarations to ANAF.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.Carry out other tasks assigned by management, specific to the role.Stay updated on the latest legal requirements and accounting practices.Requirements:Professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance.At least 3 years of experience in accounting.Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and operational processes.Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Proficiency in English.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
