We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Agile Coach to join our team in Bucharest!As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be embedded in a global Agile Centre of Excellence and, with your colleague at the Bucharest site, will help drive agile activities for the local site and first mostly globally. You’ll support managers, teams and organizational units in change and transformation projects from the initial inquiry through to debriefing. You will coach them in an agile way to more impact for the whole organization. In your new role, you will:Establish new clients of the local site aligned with the strategy of the global agility team Harness the power of agility in leadership and culture development through the application of agile methods and tools Moderation of agile workshops & events with an adapting approach to reach optimizationLead with agile values, methods and techniques to create goal-based added value in cycles and make collaboration more effective and efficientPromote a self-organised and independent way of working by motivating, coaching, listening, giving impulsesAct as a role model and source of inspiration for other Agile Masters/ Agile Coaches Design training courses, workshops and other formats to impart agile expertise on your own and in the team in line with company guidelinesProactively recognise new fields of action in the local environment and actively address themSupport local stakeholders to remove obstacles themselves and mediate between different interestsDevelop and visualise key performance indicators to derive the efficiency of the tested measures for continuous optimisationImprove communication & platforms between the divisionsYou demonstrate strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks, contributing to a good team atmosphere, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
