The Senior Analyst – Credit & Collections supports the finance function by assisting in the execution, tracking, and improvement of credit and collections processes. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable activities, supporting working capital initiatives, and partnering with regional and global teams to improve customer payment behavior.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the execution and monitoring of credit and collections processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help manage and track days sales outstanding (DSO) and other accounts receivable metrics.
• Partner with regional teams to resolve overdue accounts and improve collections performance.
• Support initiatives to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance efficiency.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes or system usage to improve customer experience and internal performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis related to accounts receivable and collections status.
• Support internal and external audit requests and maintain documentation related to credit and collections.
• Coordinate with business units and customer service to manage customer disputes and account reconciliations.
• Contribute to cross-functional efforts focused on optimizing working capital and reducing bad debt.
• Monitor compliance with credit terms and work closely with the Credit team on policy alignment.

​QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
