Project Overview

As part of this project, you will be a key contributor in reimagining E.ON’s internal communication and collaboration ecosystem. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines deep analytical skills with system configuration experience and thrives in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities
? Requirements Management & Execution

Work with stakeholders (business, IT, UX, content) to gather and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories and ensure proper execution using Jira.
Oversee testing and track delivery progress.

⚙️ System Understanding & Configuration

Acquire strong technical understanding of the intranet platform and CMS.
Configure navigation, personalization, content targeting, and roles/permissions.

? Dependency & Risk Management

Detect dependencies early and coordinate across teams to address potential risks or delays.

? User Experience & Optimization

Partner with the product team to ensure optimal user experience in features like search, content targeting, and site navigation.
Use feedback and insights to improve usability and functionality.

? Documentation & Transparency

Maintain structured documentation in Confluence (requirements, test plans, configurations, decision logs, etc.).

? Continuous Improvement & Support

Support during rollout, resolve 2nd-level incidents, and recommend process/system enhancements based on user feedback.
