• Supporting research studies, market studies and analyses regarding the gas and power markets in Romania and its neighboring countries;
• Identifying, evaluating and monitoring business development opportunities for Gas & Power Division;
• Monitoring, supporting and reporting on implementation of Gas & Power Division strategy and status reporting; maintaining strategy KPI database: operational and financial; actively participating in strategy project developments, including project management;
• Organizing and maintaining KPI’s database: operational/ technical, commercial, macro, financial etc supporting the divisional activities;
• Monitoring, estimating, identifying trends and changes in the markets or the structure of the markets and makes highly accurate forecasts regarding the gas and power markets in Romania;
• Offering support in organizing the required steps and info for the Planning Assumptions process base for the annual MTP medium-term planning exercise within the company Group;
• Facilitating cooperation and communication amongst Gas & Power business units to facilitate information flow; facilitate communication across different Group stakeholders;
• Offering support in planning and implementation of actions to improve visibility of Gas & Power Division via updating the information channels, both internal and external, as well as the content for various articles, internal and external publications regarding the activities of the division.
