Responsibilities:

• Identify operational issues and provide solutions for improving workplace productivity
• Create disciplinary and succession plans to improve employee performance
• Ensure HR operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for leadership positions
• Identify the best channels for finding recruits, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar
• Collect employee feedback through surveys, exit interviews, and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or a relevant field
• Proven ability to develop and nurture business partnerships
• Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
