Autonomously complete and lead routine legal work, including but not limited to contract review, commercial and corporate law consults, as well as the negotiation and assistance in matters related to EMEA strategies, transactions, and operations.
Independently advise the business on the legal and other risks arising out of policy decisions and current organization practices.
Support the execution of EMEA strategies, with a keen understanding of the business’ priorities.
Support and coordinate the execution of any corporate restructuring in EMEA.
Review corporate documents and liaise with outside counsel on corporate matters.
Support the EMEA business teams with all and any requests related to powers of attorney and required formalities.
Under the supervision of the Legal Director, EMEA, act as a liaison between internal CHS business teams and external legal service providers in the matters under their responsibility.
Provide proactive and strategic advice on areas of developing legal risks in the external business and legal or regulatory environment.
Support the Senior Legal Counsel, EMEA and the Litigation colleagues at the Global Legal & Compliance Team with the conduction and management of claims and litigation in EMEA
