Senior Marketing Brand Manager @Hilio

What you’ll have to do:

Related to our Customers:

✅Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategy: Develop the marketing strategy for portfolio categories (including target buyers, market positioning, products, communication media, marketing objectives), and implement it through a comprehensive marketing and communication plan;
✅Campaign Management and Execution: Manage and execute all aspects of marketing campaigns and promotions through the entire product life cycle (from new product introduction to product maturation), ensuring alignment with sales performance, seasonality, and avoiding overlap with other critical campaigns;
✅Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, and optimize based on e-commerce specific metrics (conversion value, return on ad spend, conversion rate);
✅Branding and Positioning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative ideas for brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and events, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect the brand’s voice and identity;
✅Copywriting and Communication: Apply copywriting skills to craft compelling messages tailored to the communication channels and target audiences, aligning with the marketing objectives;
✅Customer Engagement: Create and execute campaigns to engage current customers and re-engage inactive customers to drive retention and revenue growth;
✅Data Analysis and Market Insights: Gather and analyze data on existing and potential markets to support large-scale marketing and sales efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
✅Agility and Adaptability: Operate in a scrappy and agile manner, quickly adapting to changes and coming up with creative solutions to challenges, ensuring responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Related to our Providers:

✅Negotiate campaigns and exclusive offers: Secure exclusive discounts and negotiate campaigns & exclusive products / services with Providers (individuals and Clinicis), to maintain Hilio`s trendsetter position, within the market;
✅Supplier relationship management: Organize regular meetings with providers to address operational issues, monitor their performance, and negotiate extended payment terms when necessary (e.g., during seasonal campaigns);
✅Periodically check the Providers range of services / products, compared to the ones listed promoted in Hilio Campaigns;
✅Periodic verification of the way in with the services are presented within the Hilio platform, so that the information should be relevant to the Customers;
✅Monitoring the Providers’ performance in the market, to see the market share`s evolution and also to adapt communication campaigns, accordingly to the trend.
