You will contribute your SDN network expertise to a team of passionate experts who jointly operate and further develop the Azure and Office 365 platforms for the sovereign cloud of the German administration
You take over the monitoring of our platform in the Sovereign Cloud Ops Centre and ensure that our services always meet the highest standards
You are responsible for the design, optimization and operation of all active network components in the DC area for maximum stability and security (DC networks and edge infrastructure (Service Delivery Point (Regional Network Gateway))
Strict adherence to network guidelines, rules and processes to ensure the highest standards
You apply and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides (TSGs) and playbooks to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes
You implement solution strategies to prevent future incidents
