What you need to make real what matters.
• Bachelor or Master`s degree preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or logistics.
• Minimum of 3-5 additional years of specialist professional experience in operations logistics & technical order management, you think in terms of consistent end-to-end processes/supply chains.
• Very good proficiency of English (spoken & written) is an absolute must to this role since you work in an international environment. Proficiency of German is a big benefit.
• A firm understanding of SAP R/3 or SAP S4 (SD and PP module) and openness to AI-driven or RPA-optimized planning tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP configuration in Make-to-Order process.
• Good MS Office experience, including excellent spreadsheet skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management, having at least partially managed smaller projects
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Highly analytical with persuasive abilities.
• Able to work autonomously and be a proactive problem solver with effective problem identification and solution skills, including ability to lead smaller process improvement projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Personally, you are a great in teamwork and putting things into practice.
• Innovations (digitalization, data analytics, process improvements) are your passion and you also drive them forward independently.
• 2-3 business trips per year to Germany are not a problem for you.

At our factory network Siemens AG develops and manufactures electric motors for the global market. Our target customers are in the field of automation technology, in the automotive industry and in the field of intra-logistics. To further drive our successful growth, we will expand our locations in a targeted manner over the next few years. The topics of digitalization and simulations support us in planning for the future and in implementation.

Based in Oradea, we are looking for a “Senior Technical Order Management Specialist” that helps us to optimize and manage our order processing, in close collaboration and as a temporary support for our MC factory in Buzias / Romania

What part will you play?
• You are responsible for the technical order clarification of all customer orders that cannot be processed automatically due to inadequate or incorrect technical order information, including the development of proposed solutions for a sustainably consistent ordering process.
• This includes advising customers and sales regions to ensure clean orders for the complete international product portfolio.
• Technical support for the regions, international subsidiaries and direct customers is your responsibility and you are their contact person (m/f) for technical and logistical requests.
• You create offers for products with series status for international customers that are not listed in the PMD database.
• Processing technical order changes from the customer is part of your activities.
• You are process owner in the return process (PEGA-TOOL). In addition to processing returns, this includes evaluating the request including the amount of the credit and using up the returned motors for existing customer orders.
• You are responsible for creating special production orders e.g. for testing-, repair- or prototype orders.
• Participation in release changes / changes to the IT system by define the logistical requirements of the sub-process for the IT application and carrying out the necessary test scenarios.
• You are the link between project planning, sales and production and work in cross-functional teams. Development and implementation of customer requirements in the ERP (packaging, labels, MLFB)
• You ensure that export and customs specifications are considered in our factory processes, and you are responsible for the professional classification of defined goods according to the currently valid German/European/US American and national export list. This includes maintaining export control & customs identification (statistical commodity number, origin, AL, ECCN) in the master data (SAP & PMD).
• Maintaining customer relationships: In addition to our customers, you will work in cross-functionally teams to find solutions if we get customer-specific product requests (ETO), in technology or with suppliers. In this role you are a project member in the PLM process.
• Responsible for maintaining the PMD database for the complete product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle (delivery times, order sizes, dangerous goods labeling, export control & customs labeling, etc.)
• You advance process improvement projects for the product portfolio, e.g. technical changes, phase in / phase out or KPI optimization, as well as at department level regarding to digitalization improving order management and implementing digital end-to-end (E2E) solutions in your area.
