What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT support requests.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage service desk teams to maintain high performance and service quality.
  • Track key performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Implement and optimize service desk processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT support teams, end users, and senior management.


What You'll Bring Along 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration with a focus on IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in in IT support/service desk management.
  • Ability to interpret and apply best practices, policies, and procedures effectively.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, with a goal of achieving the ITIL Practitioner Certification for Service Level Management.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
