Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing support in both English and Romanian
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using our ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Perform basic system administration tasks and user account management
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams
Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base
Assist with basic software installations and configurations
Guide users through technical procedures via phone, email, and remote support tools
Participate in rotating shifts to ensure continuous service desk coverage
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and process documentation
