Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a Service Support Specialist for trouble-tickets triage and dispatch, handling critical issues and trouble-tickets life-cycle.

You will:

Work with the applications for trouble ticket management and work requests;
Handle mailbox, blocking issues and chasing on trouble tickets;
Dispatch work orders to the Field Engineers and follows-up until closure;
Interact with other Engineers or Technicians via emails, calls and/or Tickets customer technical staff, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization.

To be successful in the role you must have:


•    Basic understanding of telecommunication networks ( RAN, Core, TX)
•    Proficiency in English (listening, writing, speaking) 
•    Ability to react quickly, with very good communication and collaboration skills.
•    Perseverance, interest in documenting and problem solving, practical spirit, ambition, self-confidence.
•    Analytical technical thinking.
•    Availability to work in 24/7 shifts with 60% of the time in the office.
•    Excel Knowledge – medium to advanced 

Good to have:


•    Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
•    Previous experience on a similar role in Customer Service area
