As a Service Technician, you will conduct testing and preparing procedures to ensure that electronics products such as power supplies comply with quality standards. You will work closely with your team mates from the RMA and Quality Team to achieve these standards.


What your background should look like:

• At least a high school diploma (Electrical/Electronics);
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Proven experience with repairing electronic products;
• Ability to prepare accurate tests and activity reports;
• Know how to use measuring and control equipment;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge;
• English skills at a medium level with basic email communication skills.

In your role you will be:

• Performing the activities related to incoming and outgoing quality control;
• Testing products according to internal procedures;
• Repair products received as RMAs (troubleshooting, failure analysis, documentation) on agreed lead time;
• Preparing quality-specific reports (5S, 7S, 8D and so on);
• Proposing changes to existing quality procedures through engineering changes or notices in the internal system;
• Communicating with engineering teams regarding defective products;
• Performing tasks related to quality;
• Proposing improvements for internal processes, testing, and equipment.
