Our passion for border shopping has been alive and well since 1997. In Romania, Travel FREE has been in operation since 2007. This is because the EU grew enormously and stopped allowing Duty Free shopping within its borders. The fact that you may not have noticed this, as many people didn’t, is probably due to Travel FREE. This is because we took over many of the Duty-Free Shops with the top priority to continue keeping the prices as low as possible.

Cerinte

A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, in a managerial role Strong leadership and customer management abilities Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilitati

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers complaints

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

Additional store manager duties as needed
