Main Responsibilities:
• Designing, constructing sites, executing works within NI (new location rollouts, expansions, work orders, etc.).
• Supervises the design process after site visits with design firms and approves projects together with the team.
• Ensures the existence of specific safety and health provisions from the project phase, as well as risk assessments and measures to reduce, eliminate, or avoid risks.
• Ensures compliance with internally established deadlines for the execution of any works (SLA).
• Ensures timely generation of material and equipment requests.
• Monitors the evolution of stocks and equipment deliveries.
• Supervises and coordinates the design process of electrical connections. Approves connection and electrical line projects.
• Participates in rollout meetings within SQUADs and projects treated independently of SQUADs, supervises, updates, and delivers reports requested by department management.
• Ensures work orders are issued to partners, maintains and tracks necessary documentation; identifies new partners.
• Supervises construction and installation works on sites to comply with Vodafone’s quality, safety, and security standards and Romanian legislation.
• Verifies, corrects, and approves contractors’ estimates for network development works ordered by Vodafone.
• Delivers reports on contractors’ delays regarding the execution of work orders issued by Vodafone (causes, measures, corrected delivery deadlines), construction, and site maintenance
