Job Description About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of consultancy and engineering services in the renewable energy sector. Site locations: Teius (Alba), Gogosu (Dolj), Bacau, Galati, Satu Mare, Constanta Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Supervise the construction and installation of electrical systems in stations, ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines. Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols. Team Coordination: Manage on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial targets are met. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in constructing and managing electrical stations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of electrical station construction and installation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
