Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience with Engines or other Rotating Equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in gas engines and compressors.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and writing);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often remote.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of technical contracts related to gas engines and compressors.
• Collaborate with the Technical, Sales and Senior Management Teams to ensure contract compliance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Play a key role in developing tailored solutions to provide our clients with outstanding reliability and availability of their equipment.
• Provide technical support to the end user by developing relationships with the internal departments (Engineering, Applications, Sales, and Technical Service)
• Understanding the Technical aspects of the contract and SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with field service technicians to ensure effective implementation of contractual obligations.
• Assist in the preparation and development of technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and compliance records.
• Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and ensure contract deliverables align with expectations, attend virtual meetings, some international travel may be required to attend in person meetings with the Sales and Aftermarket teams.
