Requirements

Required Qualifications:



- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent.

- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one other modern programming language (e.g., Java).

- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with large databases.

- Familiarity with Git, DevOps, Terraform, container technologies, and CI/CD automation.

- Experience with software development concepts for large applications and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, monoliths).

- A team player who thrives in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).



Nice to have:



- Experience with Vue.js and Node.js development.

- Knowledge of using AWS or other hyperscalers for containerized applications.

- A qualification in software architecture (e.g., iSAQB) and expertise in software design patterns.

Responsibilities

As a Coffee IQ Software Engineer (m/f/d) in our Bucharest office, you’ll join the Engineering Retail Platforms team, which designs processes and innovations for over 20,000 professional coffee machines in B2B operations. You’ll play a key role in developing and operating the CoffeeIQ (CIQ) platform—an intelligent portal for managing and optimizing B2B coffee machines.

- End-to-End Development : Build and maintain the Vue.js frontend, Node.js backend, and MS SQL database, including cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
