Job Description

Our client search for Construction Managers for coordination of activities related to the construction of a photovoltaic plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Assessment of technical and construction feasibility of projects.
• Coordination and verification of the quality of the work done.
• Monitoring the progress of the project and its quality within the stipulated time frame.
• Cost management and monitoring and cost optimization.
• Write reports to monitor the progress of construction.
• Proactively interact with colleagues, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders demonstrating the ability to manage complex and challenging solar projects.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
  

Job Requirements 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/civil engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience on the same position.
• High propensity for problem solving.
• Flexibility and dynamism.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Romanian language.
