What you’ll be doing
• Accountable for solutions design and FO delivery in agreed OLA
• Real-time analysis and coordination of assigned customer implementations
• Initiates escalation process in case of detected performance degradation
• Perform OLA monitoring
• Involved in new solution definition for corporate customers
• Access transport technologies based on fiber optic technologies (xPON, FTTB, point to point)
• Create comprehensive network design plans, including fiber routes, splicing plans, and equipment placement.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), design specifications, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of fiber projects.
• Troubleshoot design and implementation issues, proposing effective solutions to ensure network integrity and performance.

What you need to know/have
• Good English level

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fiber optic network design, particularly in access local loop applications.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in using fiber design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, Visio).
• Strong understanding of fiber optic principles, standards, and technologies.
• Experience with FTTH network architectures.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
