The position is based in Bucharest.If you are considering the challenge of becoming an integral part of a rapidly growing company, then we are looking for you, as we require a dedicated, innovative character to work with both internal and external forces on products and services to clients within solar energy and MV transformer station field.Responsibilities:· As a member of Digital Power Solution team, maintain strong communication and teamwork internally with Sales, Service & Marketing teams;· Perform Market Analysis and suggest the Sales strategy/Product road map;· Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License;· Present new products and solutions to customers and channel partners;· Perform technical seminars and webinars, participate in events to represent Huawei and its products;· Support customers in planning, configurations and technical issues;· Analyze Development trend of solar inverter market;· Competitors’ strategy/operation Analysis;· Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge; Implement technical requirements into our products & solution proposals;· Review and improve technical solution for key projects, prepare cost calculations and bill of materials;· Execution of internal process by following SOP;· Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation;· Establish and build close customer relationship;· Track purchase orders, maintain project documentation.Candidate Profile:· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain;· 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, profound knowledge in solar inverters, energy storage solution, hands-on experience with designing and commissioning, familiar with power grid code;· Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;· Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter and energy storage technology;· Excellence in MS Office/ presentation tools; PVSyst, AutoCAD Skill Preferred;· Excellent presentation skills in English language· Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization;· Business travelling will be required;· Driving license All the candidates that fit the above requirements are kindly invited to apply online.
